SparkMind — Intelligent AI Assistant
An AI that functions as an advanced, context-aware digital assistant — combining natural language processing, real-time screen and system monitoring, and multi-app automation to manage workflows and control environments.
An assistant that can see and act.
Most AI assistants are a chat box. They can answer questions about your work but cannot observe it or do anything about it. SparkMind is built the other way round: it monitors the screen and system in real time, understands the context of what you are doing, and acts across the applications you already have open.
Its distinguishing capability is managing multiple AI agents for different job descriptions — rather than one generalist assistant, you define agents scoped to specific roles and SparkMind orchestrates between them. That is the difference between a chatbot on your desktop and something that carries an actual workload.
Four stages, continuously.
Observe
Real-time screen and system monitoring builds an understanding of what is actually happening on the machine — which application, which document, which stage of which task.
Interpret
Natural language processing turns that context, plus whatever you ask of it, into a concrete intent rather than a keyword match.
Delegate
The intent is routed to the agent scoped for that job description. A finance task goes to the agent that understands your finance tools and rules, not a generalist.
Act
Multi-app automation carries out the work across the applications involved, and reports back — with you approving anything above the threshold you set.
What you get on day one.
Context-aware assistance
Understands what you are working on from live screen and system state, so requests do not need restating from scratch each time.
Multi-agent orchestration
Define agents per job description and let SparkMind route work to the right one — the capability that separates it from a single-assistant tool.
Multi-app automation
Acts across the applications already on the machine rather than requiring your work to move into a new platform.
Natural language control
Instructions in plain English or Arabic, including the mixed phrasing people actually use day to day.
Environment control
Manages workflows and system state, not just documents — the difference between drafting text and completing a task.
Human-in-the-loop approval
You decide which actions run automatically and which wait for a person. Autonomy is a setting, not an assumption.
SparkMind, answered.
What does “multi-agent” actually mean here?
You define separate agents for separate job descriptions — one that knows your finance process, one that knows your support workflow — each with its own scope and permissions. SparkMind decides which one a request belongs to and coordinates between them.
Does it watch everything on my screen?
Monitoring is what makes context awareness possible, so scope and permissions are a deployment decision made with you. Which applications are observed, what is retained and what is never captured are all configured before rollout.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is a first-class language across our products, including the mixed Arabic-English phrasing that is normal in GCC workplaces.
Can it connect to our internal systems?
Yes — that is usually the point. Integration with your existing ERP, CRM or internal tools is part of deployment rather than a separate project.
How is it priced?
It depends on the number of agents, integrations and users involved, so we scope it per deployment. Tell us your workflow and we will come back with a concrete figure rather than a list price that would not fit.
