2. Information we collect
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
When you complete the contact form we ask for your name and work email, which are required, and optionally your company, country, what you need help with, budget range, timeline and a description of your project.
When you request an appointment through the booking form we ask for your name and work email, which are required, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number, your company, the topic you want to discuss, when suits you and any notes you want to add.
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
- Analytics — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location at country and city level, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. This is collected through Google Analytics 4.
- Server logs — IP address, browser user agent, the address requested and a timestamp. These are kept by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
WHAT WE DO NOT WANT
Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data through this website. We do not ask for it and we have no need for it.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary — set by WordPress and by our caching layer so the site loads and functions correctly.
- Analytics — set by Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_ cookies) to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used.
This website does not currently show a cookie banner, so analytics cookies are set when you arrive. You can stop them by blocking cookies in your browser, by browsing privately, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.
Our hosting platform also loads a script from cdn-reach.hostinger.com on every page. We do not use it to run forms or marketing on this site.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or if the business is sold or reorganised, in which case this policy travels with it.
6. Where your information goes
AiNetworks operates from four locations: our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida; an office in Madinah, Saudi Arabia; a regional office in Cape Town, South Africa; and a delivery centre in Islamabad, Pakistan. Your information may be accessed by our team in any of these countries.
Our hosting and analytics providers also operate internationally. Where information moves out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses.
