AI Workflow Automation

Remove manual bottlenecks — automate your operations end-to-end with intelligent pipelines that work across the systems you already run.

The Challenge

The work between the systems.

Most operational cost does not sit inside your software. It sits in the gaps between it — re-keying invoice data into the ERP, chasing an approval through email, assembling the same report every Monday, onboarding a new hire across six different tools that do not know about each other.

This work is invisible on an org chart and enormous in aggregate. It is also the work most likely to introduce errors, because it depends on a person remembering a sequence of steps correctly every time, under time pressure, at month end.

What We Deliver

Pipelines that run without being chased.

Business Process Automation

End-to-end automation of the sequences your team repeats daily, with the decision points and exceptions handled rather than ignored.

Document & Invoice Processing

Extract, validate and post invoice and document data automatically — the highest-return starting point in most organisations, and the easiest to measure.

Employee Onboarding Automation

One trigger that creates the accounts, assigns the equipment, schedules the training and notifies everyone who needs to know.

Approval & Reporting Workflows

Routing that knows your authority matrix, chases the right person, and produces the audit trail your finance and compliance teams need.

CRM / ERP Automation

Keeping your systems of record in step automatically, so sales, finance and operations stop reconciling different versions of the same number.

Custom AI Integrations

Where off-the-shelf automation stops — judgement-based steps like classifying, summarising or drafting, handled by a model inside the pipeline.

How We Work

Architecture-led, service-oriented.

01

Architecture first

We map your systems, data and constraints before a line of code is written, so what gets built fits how your business already runs.

02

Service-oriented build

Components are built as discrete services with clear contracts, so each part can be replaced, scaled or reused without a rewrite.

03

Bilingual delivery

Interfaces, documentation and support in English and Arabic, with RTL handled properly rather than bolted on at the end.

04

Handover and support

You get the source, the documentation and a support path across our US, KSA and Africa offices — not a black box.

Questions

Workflow automation, answered.

Where should we start?

Usually document or invoice processing. The volume is high, the rules are stable, the time saved is easy to count, and it builds confidence for the harder processes that follow.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. Automation sits on top of what you already run. Replacing an ERP to automate a process is almost always the more expensive route.

What about steps that need judgement?

Those are where AI earns its place. Classifying an exception, reading an unstructured document or drafting a response can sit inside the pipeline, with a human approving anything above a threshold you set.

How do we know it is working?

We instrument the pipeline from the start — volume processed, time saved, exception rate and where the remaining manual touches are. If a process cannot be measured, it is not finished.

What if a step fails?

It is caught, retried where safe, and escalated where not. Silent failure is the worst outcome in automation, so error handling and alerting are built in rather than added after the first incident.
