A Pakistani fragrance house selling its own line of long-wear perfumes direct to customers. We build and run the Shopify storefront, and the demand side around it — e-commerce management, social media and paid acquisition on Meta.
Who they are, and what they sell.
The business
Scents Enclave is a Pakistani perfume brand that sells its own range direct to customers rather than reselling other houses. The catalogue runs to twenty-nine products, from travel atomisers and tester sets at the entry point through to multi-bottle gift sets, with a 50ml bottle as the core unit.
How the range is organised
Fragrances are split across Men’s, Women’s and Unisex collections, with Gift Bundles and Testers as separate routes in. Each scent is offered in two concentrations — Signature at 30% and Royal at 50% — so the same fragrance carries an everyday version and a more intense one.
What the engagement set out to solve.
These were the objectives the engagement was built around.
A storefront that sells, not just displays
The store had to carry a premium feel while staying quick to load and simple to buy from, with the collection structure doing the work of moving a first-time visitor towards a scent.
Confidence in a product you cannot sample
Fragrance is bought on description and trust. Content and paid media had to build enough confidence for someone to order a scent they have never smelled.
One team across store and marketing
Catalogue, content and campaigns needed to move together, so a new scent or bundle reaches the storefront and the channels at the same time rather than weeks apart.
The storefront, and the demand around it.
Shopify development
The storefront is built and maintained on Shopify, with the theme customised for the brand rather than used as shipped — collection structure, product templates, bundle sets and the merchandising around them.
E-commerce management
Ongoing catalogue work across the full range and its variants: concentration tiers, bundle and tester sets, pricing, availability and the product data behind them.
Search and indexation
Store-level search foundations maintained alongside the build, including control over the tag and filter pages Shopify generates automatically, which otherwise spread a small catalogue across a large number of thin, near-duplicate URLs.
Social media management
Day-to-day management of the brand’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with content built around the actual range rather than generic fragrance posting.
Meta advertising
Paid campaigns on Meta run against the catalogue and its collections, with creative and audiences maintained as the range, the bundles and the offers change.
Ongoing optimisation
Store, content and campaigns reviewed together as a continuing engagement rather than handed over at launch.
What is live today.
These describe the storefront as it currently stands, not campaign performance. We make no revenue, traffic or return-on-ad-spend claims — those depend on factors no agency controls.
